Another ilustration of a Russian historic character, for a colectible card game project. Skuratov was the leader of the Oprichnik, the personal guard of Ivan the Terrible. Their objetive was to be really scary: they used to wear black tunics and hang from their horses the decapitated heads of their victims...
I think they really achieve this aim...

Great work! Although it seems a bit strange where the light that hits the skulls on the horse should come from - but I really like the colors and atmosphere.
